In a virtual press conference held today,\u00a0 the board of directors of Kalyan Jewellers announced that the public issue will open for bidding from March 16-18, 2021 <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">and the price band of the offer has been fixed at Rs. 86 to Rs. 87 per equity share.\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The offer comprises an initial public offering of equity shares of the company aggregating up to Rs. 1,175 crore, comprising a fresh issue aggregating up to Rs. 8,00 crore and an offer for sale aggregating up to Rs. 375 crore. The offer for sale includes equity shares aggregating up to Rs. 125 crore by Promoter T.S. Kalyanaraman and Rs. 250 crore by Investor Highdell Investment Ltd.<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Kalyan Jewellers has reserved Rs. 2 crore worth of shares for subscription by eligible employees. <\/span>The investors can make bids for a minimum of 172 equity shares and in multiples of 172 equity shares thereafter.<\/h4>\n<h4>The company said that it will utilise the funds which are being raised through the fresh issue towards funding working capital requirements and for general corporate purposes.<\/h4>\n<h4>Axis Capital Limited, Citigroup Global Markets India Private Limited, ICICI Securities Limited, and SBI Capital Markets Limited are the Global Co-ordinators and Book Running Lead Managers to the offer.
